This plan is a good fit if you are using the hub most days, meeting clients regularly or building your work around a consistent place. It gives you the stability of a resident desk without taking on your own office.
Resident Desk Regular does not include equipment credits. It is focused on desk access, routine and day-to-day use of the building.
Resident Desk Pro is for people who want a regular desk at Focal Point and ongoing access to production equipment.
This plan is a good fit if you use the hub as your main working base and need an equipment kit as part of your normal work. It gives you a dependable desk in New Brighton alongside monthly equipment credits that can be used through Spacebring.
Resident Desk Pro works well for freelancers, small businesses and project teams producing content, film, sound, photography, podcasting or digital media work.
You can book occasional desk time or use Focal Point as a regular base. The system is designed to keep things clear, flexible and easy to manage.
If you become a Pro member, your plan will also include equipment credits. These credits can be used to book selected production equipment through Spacebring. This gives you access to kit for content creation, filming, photography, sound and other creative work without needing to buy everything yourself.
